Parlimen Belia Malaysia serves as a platform for youth to voice their ideas and opinions. All Malaysian youths aged 15-40 years old can take part in this program. They must register at the Parlimen Belia Malaysia Election Systems (e-PBM). Those aged 15 to 40 years will serve as a voter to the next Parlimen Belia Malaysia's cabinet.
